MPI Equipment & UV LED Lighting
PROMAG engineers, manufactures, sells, and provides after-service for Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) equipment around the region by integrating state of the art technology and engineering with the automated system, Artificial intelligence (AI) defects recognition robots, Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) Equipment, demagnetization system, loading&unloading customization, pre-clean/ultrasonic clean, post-clean and anti-corrosion system), and UV LED lighting.
PROMAG automatic MPI system can perform itself after operation set by operators, and then go automatic loading, part transferring, pre-clean, part-drying, fluorescent particles spraying and magnetizing, AI automatic recognition defects, sorting for a part with and without defects, demagnetizing, post-clean, anti-corrosion and drying. High throughput can be achieved with minimal operator interaction can also be achieved with a processing recipe and database that can provide an exact time-stamped history of all processes that were performed on a particular part and be stored for process control and future use.

Nadcap Approval
PMW Series (For Aerospace / National Defense)
PROMAG PMW SERIES is one of our most powerful fluorescent wet magnetic benches that meets NADCAP specification. PMW provides 4,000~10,000 amps of 3-phase Full Wave Direct Current (FWDC) based on customer’s request, and also offers maximum magnetization for finding surface and sub-surface defects with clearer indications. The two outputs are independently adjustable to set each magnetic field, circular or longitudinal.
Station Bench
Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) Station Bench are NDT systems capable of producing strong magnetic fields for testing large or long components. PROMAG’s world-use MPI Station Bench consists of magnetizing-flow and current-flow functions, therefore defects in all orientations can be found.
Moreover, we also offer alternating current (AC), half wave direct current (HWDC) and full wave direct current (FWDC) solutions with different outputs for different configurations demands. We not only provide single-directional magnetizing but also the solution of multi-directional magnetizing for inspection efficiency for different customers requests and demands.
Power Packs
Portable and mobile MPI Power Packs are ideal for the large, heavy or voluminous components or parts still in-service inspection. Mobile MPI Power Packs are portable electromagnetic current generators which allow encircling and pistol prod techniques to be used - Capable of finding defects in any orientation. Under our manufacturing, our Power Packs with outputs up 10,000A can be manufactured based on customer’s demand.
Mag.Coil
PROMAG’s Mag. Coil system can provide the solutions for both manual testing use with portable and movable coil, and also automatic testing use consisting of conveyor, auto-magnetic particle spraying system and power packs to meet a large volume inspection request such as from forgings, castings, hand-tool and heat-treatment industry. With our advanced automated system design and manufacturing, PROMAG’s mag. coil can perform multi-directional magnetizing on parts for industrial clients use.
Yoke
PROMAG AD-1 is a portable, self-contained instrument designed to produce a magnetic field on or within ferrous-magnetic materials. The selective AC and DC functions are built into a single reliable instrument. It is a complete magnetic package. One person takes it to work and easily performs a thorough and reliable inspection in a fraction of the time consumed by large bulky equipment. The AD-1 is an AC/DC magnetic yoke equipped with UV-A and White light for surface and near- surface flaw detection. The selective AC and DC functions are built into a single reliable instrument. The AD-1 comply with the requirements of applicable specifications.
Customized
PROMAG offers designs and manufactures solution for part specific test systems in addition to standard stationary benches MPI equipment with different clamping, and also customized MPI systems for special components and different requests of inspection.
AI Robot
PROMAG’s AI inspection and recognition robot has been developed and applied in automotive part inspection. With this latest and advanced technology application, PROMAG also has successfully got the patent for “Artificial Intelligent (AI) inspection”. For different industries and parts and visual-related works to developing, customized AI procedures. We can adopt AI robot to empower magnetic particle inspection (MPI) equipment to optimize the inspection procedures.
De-mag.
De-magnetizing units are used in Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) methods of non-destructive testing (NDT) to de-magnetize components post inspection. PROMAG’s design and manufacture standard and customized MPI aperture demagnetisers, and specialist de-magnetizing system for special applications.
